Reverend Dr. Bob Zanicky
Minister
The Reverend Dr. Bob Zanicky has been the minister of First Presbyterian Church since 1988.

John M. Vaida
Music Minister and Organist
John is Chairman of the Fine Arts Department at Wyoming Seminary, a College Preparatory School in Kingston, PA.
Under his leadership, the choral program has developed into one of the leading independent school programs in the eastern United States.

John’s interest in international performance is reflected in his work in the international choral community. He serves as the American representative on the Executive Board of the International Choral Network, is active in the International Federation for Choral Music and has served as a member of the International Artistic Advisory Committee for Italy’s “Peraro Chorus”. As a guest conductor, he has most recently participated in festivals in Athens, Greece, Geissen, Germany and Schyren, Germany. In the fall of 2000 he served as the guest conductor for the Choirs of Grunberg, and taught at the Saint Lioba School in Bad Nauheim, Germany. John also serves on the voice faculty at Marywood University in Scranton. A native of Connecticut, John is a graduate of Westminster Choir College where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Voice in 1973. He holds degrees from Marywood University, the Julius Hart School of Music and the Glinka State Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Pamela Kerns
Christian Education Director
Pam has been the Christian Education Director since 1999. She grew up in Philadelphia, Pa where she was active in the Presbyterian Church. She attended Arcadia University and graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Pam teaches in a Pre-K classroom for the Child Development Council.

Vivien G. Terzaghi
Office Manager
Vivien has been the office manager at First Presbyterian Church since 1999. She was born and raised in New Zealand. She and her husband, William, spent time backpacking around various countries in Central America and Europe before settling in the United States. They have two children, three grandchildren and two Samoyed dogs. Vivien’s main hobby is training and showing her dogs in the American Kennel Club Competitive Obedience trials. In addition to her family and dogs, she also enjoys working in her vegetable garden, and when time permits, knitting, crocheting and also spinning the hair from her dogs.
